We are a family run business and serve our local community which means we take pride in helping our neighbors enjoy a poop free yard and also want to keep our community clean and safe for others. We love dogs and are dog owners at Happy Scoopers ; that’s why we got into the dog pooper scooper business! We also prioritize safety – both for your pet and our technicians. If your dog is a jumper or protective of its yard, we ask that you keep your pooch inside for protection of all involved. Our tools are metal – and jumping dogs and sharp metal corners do not mix! In a rare instance where a client’s dog has shown real aggression that cannot be managed by our trained staff, we will require the dog to remain inside throughout the duration of the poop removal service. We will gladly work out a system to alert you whenever we’re about to enter the yard.
No, you don’t need to be home! As long as we have access to your yard, we can complete the service. For your convenience, we’ll send you a text notification when we’re on our way, so you always know when to expect us.
All we ask of you is to leave your gate unlocked on the day of your scheduled service visit. Our service team will enter your yard and begin the process in a grid like fashion or until the full perimeter has been cleared.
After service, the individual/service team will lock and secure any gates and sanitize all tools and shoes. Lastly, the service team will let you know service is complete by sending you a text or email as well as providing a picture of your secured gate.
Once your yard has been is poop free, we double bag the waste and dispose of it in your trash can. Prefer we take it with us? No problem! We will take the waste with us for an additional fee.
We have pooper scooper service plans starting as low as $17.99 per month. However, pricing is based on the size of the yard, service frequency, and number of dogs.
We accept all major credit/debit cards. For recurring subscription services, we require a card to be kept on file.
All of our services are prepaid, with the exception of the first service, and billed for the month. (i.e. January 1 invoice will cover January 1-31). If for any reason you need to pause or cancel your service please just contact us and we will gladly help.
At Happy Scoopers, we want to make your life as stress-free as possible. Therefore, every month your invoice will be the same. In order to do this, we have averaged all months to calculate for the months containing an extra service day/week.

Yes! We offer professional dog waste removal services for HOA's, apartments, and commercial properties. We also provide professional installation and maintenance of dog waste stations. Your safety, your pets’ safety, and our team’s safety are top priorities. If conditions like heavy rain or lightning make it unsafe to work, we’ll postpone your service to the next day. If that isn’t possible, we’ll return on your next scheduled service day. In the unlikely event of heavy snow in "Hotlanta" if the snow completely covers your yard, we’ll either wait for it to melt or reschedule your service for the following week.
Pet safety is our priority. We send a reminder the day before your service and notify you via text with an estimated arrival time. After completing the job, we secure your gate and take a photo for our records (available upon request). Additionally, our team sanitizes equipment after every yard to prevent cross-contamination. We’re also trained to notice abnormalities in pet waste that could indicate health issues. If we spot anything unusual, we’ll alert you right away.
Yes, we are fully insured! While we take great care on your property, in the rare event of an accident, you won’t be responsible for any unexpected costs.
Yes, you can request a specific cleanup day. Not every cleanup day will be available in your area, but we do our best to accommodate your schedule.
No, we don’t provide arrival times for our pooper scooper services. While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for drive time at midnight the day before services are completed to help keep costs low. We do, however, notify you 60 minutes prior to our arrival.
